Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs chuck roast, sirloin or stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cups sour cream
2 cups milk
1-2 Tbsp Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning sauce
1 package extra wide egg noodles, cooked
Salt and Pepper 

Place meat in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours until meat is nice and tender and shreds easily.  Remove from heat and chop or shred into bite size pieces.  Cook your noodles following package instructions, drain from water and place in a large saucepan.  Add in shredded meat.  Stir in remaining ingredients and heat over low heat until warm throughout, about 20 minutes.  Remove from heat and serve!  Makes 8-10 servings
